SLP

Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) is a global platform where leaders across sectors are chosen to commit to take action through cross-sectoral partnerships to address the most urgent challenges of our time, and develop climate resilience, health equity and/or inclusive economic recovery and growth.

The partnership between CGI and SLP is establishing 10 climate schools in climate-vulnerable regions of the world over the next 5 years.

The partnership has 2 key components

SLP secures 30% of the funding required to set up the climate schools, and CGI raises 70% of the funding.
CGI platform will be leveraged to raise awareness.

Dr. Miniya Chatterji established and teaches several pioneering courses at Sciences Po Paris on sustainability and climate action, which included sustainable supply chains, entrepreneurship, policy, and business. To date, Dr. Miniya Chatterji has taught and trained 450 international students at Sciences Po on how to create sustainable businesses and policies.

Establishment of the School for Collective Intelligence, Morocco

SLP as part of a coalition established the School for Collective Intelligence, UM6P, Ben Guerir, Morocco as a new transdisciplinary field, bringing together insights from cognitive science, data science, computer science, political science, and philosophy to meet the challenges of this century.

Establishment and daily management of India’s 1st climate focused university

SLP has established, and runs India’s 1st climate
focused school - Anant School for Climate Action
