Arab States Gender Gap Assessment Initiative (ASGGAI) - In partnership with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), we created and deployed the ASGGAI tool in 60 companies in the Middle East and North Africa.
UN Women Gender Equity Seal (GES) Initiative: We developed the UN Women GES free tool with an aim to empower and push organisations to bring in to the economy aspects of human capital that otherwise are often excluded i.e. the true aspirations, authenticity, creativity, leadership potential of their employees via a self-assessment of the various gaps in this context that exist between men and women employees. The Stargazers Foundation, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and UN Women, for the implementation of the UN Women GES Initiative in Egypt, for over 60 organisations.
